Announcing the 10 Day Tune Up for H1N1
Beginning September 8, I am starting a series called The 10 Day Tune Up for H1N1. The goal is to provide public sector and private sector communicators with perspective, insight, and ideas on how to prepare for the fall influenza season.

How It Works
I will publish an article that is part of this series everyday beginning September 8. Each post will contain a teaching component and a task for you to perform. The goal is to better prepare your communication protocols and plans as the northern hemisphere enters its seasonal influenza cycle.
The 10 Day Tune Up for H1N1 is designed for organizations that already have some form of emergency communications plan. If your organization does not, I recommend reading these two series as a pre-class assignment.
How to Participate
Sign up for updates. First, if you haven’t already, sign up to get updates. This will ensure that you’ll know when I’ve published a new article.
There are two easy ways for readers to get updates: Email or RSS.
Participate. The comment section below each article is a great place to discuss how your organization is preparing for seasonal influenza. Ask questions. Post answers. Make this as interactive as you want.
I am looking forward to working with you on this important project.
Thanks for signing up.
