Argonne Credit Union Board Passes Merger Resolution
The Argonne Credit Union Board of Directors formally agreed to merge with Prairie Trails Credit Union tonight by passing a Resolution of Merger. The Prairie Trails Board passed a similar resolution Wednesday night. Regulators from the Illinois Department of Financial Institutions will now review the merger for final approval.

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn has appointed me to serve on the state’s Credit Union Board of Advisors. My appointment was confirmed Friday after a local judge swore me into office.
